Zellyfi is a small, focused studio that builds AI agents for local service businesses — and the websites they run on. An AI agent is a trained assistant that sits on your website and holds a real conversation with a visitor: it answers questions about your services, gives honest ballpark pricing, qualifies the lead, and books the appointment straight into your calendar. It works at 9 PM, on weekends, and while your whole crew is out on a job.
We’re unrelated to similarly named e-commerce or Shopify apps. Zellyfi (zellyfi.com) does one thing: turn the traffic your website already gets into booked, captured leads.

Who’s behind it
Zellyfi was founded by Max Sandborg, who runs it from Wesley Chapel in the Tampa Bay area. Max works directly with the businesses Zellyfi builds for — there’s no call center and no account-manager layer between you and the person building your agent. How we work
Done-for-you means done-for-you. We build the agent, train it on your services, pricing, and service area, and put it on your site. Zellyfi’s AI is our own product — we design, train and run every agent ourselves, with guardrails we built — and we tune each agent to your business so it sounds like you and only says what you approve.
We’re early, and we’d rather be honest than oversell. If a competitor is a better fit for your situation, we’ll tell you. If something isn’t possible yet, we’ll say so instead of promising it.

Wesley Chapel, Florida — in the Tampa Bay area. We serve businesses across the United States; the agents and websites are delivered remotely, so where you are is never a limitation. Being local to Tampa Bay just means we know the market first-hand when you’re here.

Does Zellyfi answer phone calls?
No. Zellyfi is a website AI agent, not a phone answering service. It works on your website — chatting, qualifying, and booking — so the lead is captured there before it ever becomes a missed call. On the fully managed Growth Partner plan we do add SMS text-back and reminders, but Alyssa herself never picks up the phone.
