How we handle your data
Zellyfi builds AI agents that answer questions, book appointments, and capture leads on business websites. Doing that job means handling some of your information. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it — in plain English.
The short version
- Conversations with our AI agents are stored, together with any contact details you choose to share.
- We use them to answer you, book your appointment, and let the business you contacted follow up. Nothing else.
- We never sell your data, and we run no ad trackers.

Who we are
Zellyfi is a web and AI studio based in Tampa Bay, Florida, United States. For data collected on zellyfi.com we are the data controller. You can reach us any time at max@zellyfi.com.
What we collect
Conversations with our AI agents
When you chat with an agent (like Alyssa on this site), we store the messages you send, the agent’s replies, the page you were on, a session identifier, and technical metadata such as response time and which AI model answered. If you share contact details in the conversation — your name, email, phone number, company, or website — they are saved with the conversation as a lead so the business can follow up on your request.
Bookings
When you book an appointment through an agent, we store your name, email, phone number (if you provide one), the service you asked for, and the time slot. A real booking also creates a calendar event and triggers a confirmation or notification email.
Forms
Our contact form stores the name, email, website, and message you submit. Intake widgets store the form fields you fill in.
Job applications
If you talk to Alex, our recruiting agent, we store your name, contact details, your answers, and — only with your consent — your CV.
Technical data
We read your IP address to rate-limit requests and protect the service from abuse. It is stored separately as an abuse-prevention counter and is never attached to your conversation content — and it is covered by the same deletion rights as everything else on this page. Standard analytics are described below.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and book your appointments.
- To route your inquiry to the business you contacted.
- To show that business its own conversations, leads, and bookings in its dashboard.
- To keep the service safe — rate limiting and abuse prevention.
- To improve how our agents answer.
AI processing
Our agents’ replies are generated by Anthropic, our AI partner. Your conversation is processed by Anthropic under their commercial terms to produce the response and is not used to train their AI models.
Service providers
We use a small set of providers to run the service. Each one only receives what it needs for its job, and all transfers happen over encrypted connections.
- Anthropic— generates the agents’ responses.
- Supabase— the database where conversations, leads, and bookings live, encrypted at rest.
- Vercel— hosting and performance analytics.
- Resend— sends booking confirmations and notification emails.
- Google— calendar events for real bookings, and Google Analytics (see below).
- Ahrefs— cookieless site analytics.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics with Consent Mode: ad storage and ad personalization are disabled, so it sets analytics cookies only. Ahrefs analytics is cookieless, and Vercel Analytics measures site performance. There are no advertising pixels, no retargeting, and no sale of data — here or anywhere else on the site.
Agents on other websites
When you chat with a Zellyfi-powered agent on another business’s website, we collect and store that conversation on behalf of that business: they are the data controller, and we act as their processor. For requests about those conversations, contact the business directly — or write to us and we’ll make sure it gets handled.
How long we keep it
We keep conversations, leads, and bookings for as long as they are needed to serve you and the business you contacted. Ask us to delete your data and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how it’s used, or object to our use of it. Email max@zellyfi.comand we’ll respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, these are your GDPR rights, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the effective date at the top.
